These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the Flixfox platform ("the Service"), and any content, information or services provided by Flixfox. Use of the Service By using or accessing the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You agree not to use Flixfox for any illegal or unethical activities and in any manner that may expose Flixfox to legal liability.

Use of Content: You may watch content on the platform, and you may stream content so long as you do not download, make copies, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, upload, retransmit, or in any other way distribute any content not expressly permitted by Flixfox.

TRADEHUB activity must do nothing to: harm the platform, tradehub websites or other users. infringe any intellectual property of the content creators. This includes (but is not limited to) uploading malicious software, flooding the board, or violating copyrights.

Flixfox may suspend or terminate your access if your account or conduct violates these Terms.

Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription Charges: Some premium content or features may require payment or subscription. You will pay all fees incurred through your subscription or use of the Service.

Payment Processing: When you pay for the Services, your payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. Flixfox never has access to your payment information and will never process it.

Refunds: Subscription fees are nonrefundable; however, you may cancel Your Subscription(s) in accordance with these Terms and receive a refund for all unmailed issues of the History Magazine that remains in subscription period, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

Content Ownership

All content available on Flixfox, such as movies, series, and other information are either owned or licensed by Flixfox or our content partners. You are receiving a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and display such content for your personal, non-commercial use.

You shall not use any content or intellectual property on Flixfox except by getting permission from the content owner or Flixfox.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flixfox and its affiliates will not be responsible for (a) the loss of, or damage to, your records or data; (b) your use or inability to use the Service, or (c) any content, products, or services that you access by means of the Service or any third-party services.

In no event will Flixfox’s liability exceed the price you paid to us in the preceding 12 months for the Service.

Indemnifications

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Flixfox, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities, and settlements including, without limitation, reasonable legal and related fees and expenses, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your use of the Service, in a manner that violates these Terms.

Termination

Flixfox may, in Flixfox’s discretion, at any time suspend your access to the Service and terminate your Service account with or without Prior Written Notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

If your access to the Service is discontinued, your right to use the Service will immediately be terminated, and you must immediately destroy any materials obtained from such Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. All such disputes shall be settled via Arbitration under the laws of India.
