How to Submit a DMCA Take Down Notice

In order for us to be able to process your request quickly, your notice must contain all the following details:

Under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright holder or are authorized to act on the copyright holder’s behalf.
If we get your DMCA Notice, then we will review it and take whatever action we think is appropriate, which may include removing the allegedly infringing work from our Service.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled by mistake, please file a counter notice. A valid counter-notification must include:
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled; the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;.
Your contact details: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, as well as a valid email address.
Good faith belief statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification.
Permission under penalty of perjury: An acknowledgement that you accept the jurisdiction of your local courts, and will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
We may reinstatement the content if we receive an acceptable counter-notification unless the initial complainant files an action seeking a court order against the content provider accused of posting the content.
